Community Aid and Development Corporation (CAD) is a 501 (c) (3) non profit corporation organized  under the laws of the State of California. We are a Human Health and Welfare service agency with a presence in the Atlanta metropolitan area since 1989. Our national headquarters is in Decatur, Georgia and we also have offices in Jackson, Mississippi, Birmingham, Alabama, Detroit, Michigan and Washington, DC.

The specific and primary purposes for which this charitable organization is organized, is to assist disadvantaged, needy members of the community in social and educational development through tutorial and recreational programs.
